Getting Started
Start by completing our online application with details about your organization. Once we verify eligibility and documentation, we’ll guide you through device selection and activation.
Mobile Citizen serves nonprofits, schools, libraries, and social welfare organizations. Eligibility is based on IRS or government-recognized nonprofit status.
Most devices arrive pre-activated. If activation is needed, you’ll receive instructions in your shipment or via email. You can also contact support for help.
Yes. Eligible organizations can manage multiple devices under a single account. For bulk ordering, reach out to your Mobile Citizen account manager.
You’ll need basic organization details, a primary contact, and proof of nonprofit or government status. We’ll let you know if additional documentation is needed.
No. Mobile Citizen offers service only to qualified organizations. However, individuals can access service through one of our authorized resellers.
Most applications are reviewed within 2–5 business days. Once approved, we’ll walk you through setup, activation, and managing your service.
Devices & Equipment
We strongly recommend purchasing directly from Mobile Citizen to ensure compatibility and access to full support.
